White coats, a conveyor belt, socks and tights… What has this got to do with process improvement?
We did a workshop with a team of managers of various facilities such as the Golf Park and the Zoo, to define opportunities to share costs, revenues, marketing, and communication, and to explore the possibilities of smarter pricing, ticketing, and managing. We started off with the Stocking Factory, a very active process management game. The team quickly discovered some learning points. We took those learning points to apply to their own challenges. The team discussed many options and currently some of them are already being implemented. It was a great experience for the team as well as for The Process Pros. And after such a heavy workshop we couldn’t think of doing anything other than the Grouse Grind, so we also reached great heights.
